Therapy

Therapy doesn’t have to be boring. I draw on your interests and use a collaborative, person-centered approach to make therapy both practical and genuinely engaging. I work with clients across the lifespan on complex concerns including anxiety, depression, OCD, neurodiversity and supporting the LGBTQIA+ community. Flexible appointment options include video, phone, and home visits throughout the Armidale area.

I also offer therapy for psychologists

You hold everyone else’s stuff, so you don’t have to hold your own — until you do. I offer short-term and ongoing therapy tailored for clinicians: a non-judgmental, confidential space to deal with the complex role of being both helper and human. Evidence-informed, culturally humble, and explicitly anti-oppressive, my approach balances

Flexible appointments, prioritising privacy and professional boundaries.

Fee: $230 per hour.

Assessments

I am a clinical psychologist who can provide assessments that focuses on diagnosis, identity exploration or supports planning (including NDIS reviews).

Assessments don’t need to feel like a job interview! I understand that it is important to connect first and collaboratively design an assessment process that meets your needs. I provide neurodiverse affirming assessments and report writing, including MIGDAS. Ask me about why I am radically opposed to the ADOS…. if you dare!

Assessments cost: Quotes are provided after initial intake cost $230 p/hr (excl GST).

Supervision

I support psychologists in delivering creative, evidence-based therapy. Board Approved Supervisor for Clinical Psychology Registrar Program. Indirect supervision available for case formulation, assessments, and clinical observation. Supervision adapted to neurodiversity: supervisors who use concrete feedback, scaffolded skill-building, written summaries and predictable supervision structures rather than vague impressions.

  • Skill development via video observation

    Need supervision NOW?!

    Because I know crisis and ethical dilemmas don’t stick to a schedule, I understand that psychologists often need supervision immediately, I have a number of appointments set aside just for this purpose.
